Diane is a highly skilled professional counsellor with many years supporting individuals of all ages and families with a range of concerns. Her extensive background covers all areas of nursing including mental health, aged care planning, support for carers and self care practices.

Drawing on her extensive training and skills Diane engages Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and strength-based approaches combined with compassion, warmth and empathy.

Diane easily engages with her clients in a non-judgemental, and confidential therapeutic space, where clients can safely explore issues and concerns, but also identify strengths and goals. 

Her focus is on supporting clients in a way that they feel empowered to make positive changes to enjoy a more productive, creative and meaningful life, with stronger relationships and sense of self with an absolute focus on health and wellbeing.
